Rental Agreement
This Rental Agreement is made between Glen Sommerville of Funstuff rentals hereby known as the owner and the listed person below hereby known as the renter.
Renter agrees to the following
Complete the inventory checklist at the start and end of the rental sending photos of the list to 0413059717.
Notify owner of any concerns prior to use of equipment.
Use trailer for intended purpose of storing equipment provided only any other use may incur loss of deposit.
Keep trailer locked at all times with locks provided unless loading or unloading.
Compensate owner or any third party for personal injury or property damage including using equipment or unloading or loading equipment.
Compensate owner for any loss of equipment.
Rental period will start from 8.00am and finish at 8.00pm on final day of rental. A late fee of $20 per hour applies after 8.00pm.
Return all equipment and keys listed on inventory checklist in good working order apart from general ware and tear before 8.00pm on final day of rental.
Will comply with government and local laws in regards to road and safety equipment.
Will be responsible for any person using trailer and equipment and ensure safety equipment is used properly. This includes financial compensation.
Agrees that not all equipment will meet everyone’s personal requirements including safety equipment. The renter must determine if equipment is suitable for their use.
Agrees when relocating trailer to address provided that it may only be possible to leave trailer at the nearest safe position – steep hills, heavy traffic. The safest place will be determined by Funstuff rentals.
Agree trailer registration number and instruction will be provided after payment and signed agreement sent to Funstuff rentals.
